The community is held through two participation paths, each offering a distinct way to engage with the flow, while remaining connected to the whole.

Participation opportunities are curated to align with each member’s expertise, platform, and the needs of each event. One is not "better" than the other. They provide what is needed for the individual.

What is The Current?

The Current is a year-long thought leadership community designed for contributors, experts, creatives, and leaders who are ready to share their voice through aligned, curated opportunities. Membership provides access to participation across written, audio, visual, and live platforms hosted throughout the year.

What is the difference between The Contributors Circle and Voice & Vision Collective?

The Contributors Circle focuses primarily on written contributions and select audio opportunities. Voice & Vision Collective includes all Circle opportunities plus expanded access to radio, television, panels, special series, and live participation opportunities.

Each tier is intentionally designed to meet members at different levels of readiness and visibility.

How are participation opportunities offered?

All opportunities are curated and invitation-based. Members are notified directly via email when an opportunity aligns with their expertise, voice, and the needs of the platform or event. Members are not required to monitor multiple platforms or compete for placement.

How long does a life coaching program last?

The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.

Are opportunities guaranteed?

Members can expect a minimum number of curated participation opportunities per membership year, depending on their tier, offered in aggregate across eligible formats and platforms. However, participation is subject to alignment, and timing.

Membership does not guarantee publication frequency, media appearances, audience reach, speaking invitations, book sales, or business outcomes.

How will I know when an opportunity is available to me?

An email with clear details and next steps will be sent to the Circle. If an opportunity aligns with your profile and expertise follow the prompts accordinly for inclusion. The Current is designed to respect your time.

Can I decline an opportunity?

Yes. Participation is always optional. If the timing or format is not a fit, you may decline without penalty.

Are opportunities distributed evenly among members?

Yes and No. Yes, opportunities are distributed equally or rotationally. Invitations for inclusion for the piece are extended based on alignment with the topic, event needs, and contributor readiness. This ensures quality, integrity, and meaningful placement.

There are more than enough opportunities for everyone to get their minimum of 3 or 5 inclusions.

Is there a refund policy?

All memberships are non-refundable. By joining The Current, members acknowledge that they are investing in community and curated opportunities rather than guaranteed results or deliverables.

Does The Current offer coaching, representation, or publicity services?

No. The Current is not a coaching program, talent agency, or publicity service. It is a community offering aligned opportunities.
