 My journey took me beyond health and into the realm of ultimate potential. Many of us have lived multiple lives within our one life, which is normal and healthy when we are on a spiritual and personal development journey because as we evolve so too does our external reality. 

Though my career began as a medical doctor, my medical training was exactly what I needed to realize that I was different, and that we humans are much more complex, whole-sitic systems. When I awakened to the knowing that we, as humans, are much more than mind and body, and that we are multi-dimensional energetic beings with supernatural abilities here to co-create the most epic human experience, I departed from western medicine.

 My medical degree from NYU University laid a foundation to understand humans and science so that I could be a credible bridge between the 3D and the 5D (and beyond). Thus my work is very mystical and practical.  

 After over a decade of personal development and spiritual awakening, I use my experiences from this life and past, as well as my activated spiritual gifts to support others on their journey of transformation through intuitive coaching, healing, energy work, light language, meditations, rituals and more, coupled with practical action steps and life design to co-create tangible, life-enhancing results.

Suzanne has worked in the social services field for the past 20+ years. She is born and raised in Washington State and has held her licensure as a Mental Health Counselor for the past 14 years.  

Her life of service started as a child helping her father feed people at the local community center and  making food baskets for holiday meals. She was encouraged through his gift of helps and has followed in his footsteps.

Her career started in community mental health working with behavioral level foster children & families. She committed several years to traveling around the globe careing for soldiers and military families & has supported students, families, and faculty of Early Childhood Education classrooms.

She is a reality based, solution focused therapist working from an eclectic tool box of strategies to support peoples true needs. 

This work was built through a mix of calling, obedience, and real-life pressure.

Janet M. Taylor, affectionately known as "The Clutter Free Queen," is a distinguished professional organizer and speaker with over 28 years of experience in transforming spaces and lives. As the founder of Totally Organized, LLC, she has empowered countless individuals and organizations to create environments that foster abundance, love, and happiness.

Throughout her career, Janet has showcased her expertise on platforms such as HGTV's "Mission: Organization" and "The Rachael Ray Show." She has also shared her insights through workshops at the Philadelphia Home Show and the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers’ Annual Conference.

Pastor Lerone Jemal Dinnall was raised under the guidance of the late Bishop Austin Whitfield, his grandfather, who served as both a spiritual and father figure in his life. Without the presence of his biological father, the church became a central part of Lerone's life, shaping his purpose and calling.

Lerone's early involvement in the Church of Jesus Christ led to his ordination as a minister, where he served faithfully as Youth Director for twelve years. His marriage to Taina McDermott, a union blessed by God and supported by Bishop Whitfield and Lady Cecilia Whitfield, further strengthened his commitment to ministry. Anointed by God, Pastor Lerone Jemal Dinnall was called to establish a ministry in the Savannah Cross District Community, May Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica. Under his leadership, many have been brought into the Kingdom of God. Recognizing his dedication, he was appointed as one of the youngest Marriage Officers in Jamaica, further expanding his influence and service to God's people.

Pastor Lerone's ministry has been marked by a deep commitment to spreading the word of God through preaching, teaching, and writing. He has authored four books: "God Steps In," "Rebuild Your Spiritual Wall," "A Christian's Journey," and "God Is..." Together, Dawn and Cecil presented two conferences titled, When Someone You Love was Abused: Help for Those Suffering from Childhood Traumas.

Elizabeth "Liz" Frederick, Nonprofit leader and youth justice reform advocate, Elizabeth (Liz) Frederick, became the Executive Director of Avenues for Justice (AFJ) in the summer of 2024, after 18 years of service to the historic organization. Starting her journey with AFJ in 2006 as a graduate student at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Liz was initially curious about the gap between theory and lived experience. What began as a 30-minute meeting with Co-Founder Angel Rodriguez, quickly turned into a two-hour mission-defining moment, revealing not only a career path, but a purpose.

Nearly two decades later, Liz now leads the very movement that first inspired her.

Liz’s rise through AFJ, from operations staffer to Chief Operating Officer to unanimously appointed Executive Director in 2024, is not just a story of institutional knowledge or professional growth. It is a story of vision, of leadership shaped by experience, and of a woman who chose to define success in her own terms.

With unwavering commitment to advancing justice reform, especially within New York City, Liz has been a driving force and advocate for community-driven alternatives to incarceration. With a full grasp of the weight and responsibility of being a Black woman leading a justice-focused nonprofit, her leadership is rooted in clarity, empathy, and conviction. From Operations to Executive Leadership, Liz has touched nearly every part of the organization. From building operational infrastructure, to securing major grants and doubling the organization’s financial capacity, Liz has helped scale AFJ’s presence across all five boroughs of New York City while keeping its identity deeply local. Helping shape policy conversations, mentoring staff, or building cross-sector coalitions, Liz brings authenticity, courage, and a deep belief in the power of community to drive meaningful change.

Beyond her work at AFJ, Liz is a respected voice in the broader nonprofit and philanthropic landscape, recently joining the Board of IMPACT 100 NYC, a women-led collective supporting nonprofits through transformational grantmaking. She is also a Nation Swell Council Member – a community for leading senior thought leaders, change makers, and social impact amplifiers committed to scaling change through cross-sector collaboration, inspiration, and connection. In addition to being acknowledged as a 2024-2025Robin Hood Foundation New ED/CEO Peer Leadership Group, Liz is also an alumna of Columbia Business School’s Social Enterprise Program for Nonprofit Professionals, and a Cause Effective Fellow for advancing Leaders of Color in Fundraising. In Spring 2025, Liz was selected for the Greater NY Partnership—a two-year leadership initiative —where she is part of the class of 2027.
